OUR OBJECTIVES

•To develop a consort of registered nurses across the district under a single stem as much as possible

• To enable nurses to live with dignity and recognition

• To empower nurses with skills and knowledge to cope with global work force

•To assist and guide nurses to choose right path to overcome personal,family and professional hardships

• To liaise State Nursing Council with regard to the protection of nurses from social exploitations

• To enhance the image of nursing profession and to promote healthy relationship between nurses and public

• To evaluate the issues associated with workplace and dealing effectively through healthy relationship with hospital management

• To maintain and raise the overall wellbeing of registered nurses

• To analyze community’s need through continuous surveillance and engage effectively to serve community.

•To associate and coordinate with other social activists where and when needed
